Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for evcount subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

evcount is a recurring subscription billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider acting as the merchant of record; receipts and billing are handled through Paddle.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Unused time is not pro-rated.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that most recent payment.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email evcountresearch@gmail.com with your account email and the charge date. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
